Based on 1,433 reviewsChaiiwala in Harrow consistently receives praise for its authentic Indian-inspired beverages, particularly its karak chai and coffee, which resonate well with regular patrons. The cafe is known for its cozy and inviting ambiance, making it a favored spot for both casual meetups and relaxed dining experiences. While food items like pastries and sweets are generally appreciated for their flavor and presentation, some reviews note occasional inconsistencies in taste and slightly slow service during busy periods. The cafe’s compact size can present seating challenges at peak times, yet its quality offerings and warm environment continue to attract repeat visits from a loyal customer base.
I’ve been a regular at Chaiiwala - Harrow, visiting around 4-5 times a week, and it never disappoints! I’ve tried a wide variety from the menu, but my absolute go-to will always be their karak chai with a samosa – the perfect combo! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they never fail to greet us with a smile when we walk in. If you’re looking for a cozy place to enjoy your snacks or grab a quick bite, this spot is perfect. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
Absolutely loved my experience at Chaii Wala! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. As for the sweet, it was exceptional! Each one was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. And let's not forget about the chaii kark was the perfect refreshing accompaniment to my meal. Highly recommend Chaii Wala for anyone looking for a delicious dining experience.
This is my chai adda of London. Actually I don't drink tea but I visit for coffee. Indian taste of coffee. And all other friends love chai of chiwala like Indian test. This place has been visited by me dozens of times for coffee and chai with friends. Nice to seat and talk. Mind-blowing taste
Dropped by around midday and tried the jalapeño & cheese pastry along with the mango falooda. The falooda was so good - super refreshing and full of flavour. The pastry was decent too, but I couldn’t really taste the jalapeño in it. Staff were friendly, but service was a bit slow. It’s quite a small place and gets busy, so it might be tricky to get a table if you’re planning to eat in. Overall, a solid spot for a quick bite!
Yesterday, I visited Chaiiwala, Service and the food were amazing. Friendly staff.
I make very good Indian tea myself, so it’s not easy to meet my standards. To be honest, after eleven years in London, none of the Asian restaurants or shops impressed me with their chai. But Chaiiwala is the only place where I truly enjoyed authentic Indian tea. Love it!
I have always been a fan of Chaiwala’s milk cakes and karak chai. I visited this branch for the first time a couple of days ago with my friends. We ordered milk cakes, chicken rolls, and karak chai, and the food was very good with no complaints at all. The place was also pleasant, clean, and had comfortable seating. However, I felt the customer service could be improved slightly. There was no greeting or smile, and communication from the staff was quite minimal. As the café was not busy at the time, this stood out a little. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope the service can match the quality of the food in future visits.
had an exceptional dining experience at [chaiwala Mohammed Firoz ]. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—every dish felt crafted with passion. Service was quick without being rushed, and the team anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food paired with outstanding service!”
